The Dancer’s Workout guide is a great way for dancers to get in shape for an upcoming audition or tryout. All you need are some dumbbell weights and you’re set! Everything else needed is already in your house. I’ve danced for Alan Jackson, Cheryl Lee Ralph and LeAnn Rimes and I continue to use this workout guide for my daily workouts.

Dont waste your money , you can get better apps for less. Just lift weights and run or cardio. Thats all it suggest . Its how to make a quick buck for the owner. Take your chance if you want to waste money
This wont help dancers
Dancers wont benefit from this... Its like telling you to run 10 miles then lift weights. I recommend an app that Ive gotten called "Workout Trainer" and do the intense daily dancer workout.
